Lou Ann has served a number of different times with ACRA over the past 35 years, has
been involved with Captioning at all different levels, doing many venues: State
legislatures, breaking news and world events, extensive weather captioning,
CART in many different venues, from sports captioning on the jumbo screens to statewide
associations to individual students at universities, captioning for major networks and
covering media and national talk show personalities, conventions, SERID,
SHHH, and other private clients.

I am a supporter of our NCRA organization and State associations, also. I enjoy networking with other captioners and pursuing improvements to our profession.
